Download Your Results

How to access, manage, and troubleshoot your processed files.

How Downloads Work

Automatic Downloads:

Most V2Stack tools automatically trigger a download after processing:

  1. Processing completes - You'll see a preview of your result
  2. Download starts - File downloads to your default downloads folder
  3. Filename - Usually formatted as processed-originalname.ext
  4. Original preserved - Your source file remains unchanged

Manual Download:

If automatic download doesn't start:

  1. Look for the "Download" button below the preview
  2. Click to initiate download
  3. Choose save location if prompted
  4. File saves to your device

  • Re-download the file
  • Check original file wasn't corrupted
  • Try processing again
  • Use a different tool/format
  • Contact support if issue persists

Privacy & Security

Your Files Are Safe:

Never uploaded - All processing happens in your browser ✅ Never stored - We don't save your files on servers ✅ Never shared - Your files are private ✅ Never tracked - No usage tracking or analytics on files

Browser Cache:

Your browser may temporarily cache files:

  • This is controlled by your browser settings
  • Clear cache through browser settings if needed
  • We don't control browser caching

Secure Downloads:

  • All downloads use HTTPS
  • Files are not modified during download
  • Original quality is preserved

Mobile-Specific Tips

iOS:

  • Large files may save to Files app instead of Photos
  • HEIC format may convert to JPEG automatically
  • Check iCloud settings for photo sync

Android:

  • Downloads may appear in Gallery automatically
  • Use "Files by Google" for better file management
  • Check SD card if external storage is set as default

Batch Downloads

Workflow Builder:

When using Workflow Builder with multiple outputs:

  • Each step may generate a separate download
  • Final result downloads automatically
  • Intermediate files available for manual download

Tip: Process files individually for better control over download locations.
